Objectives

Objective 1

To evaluate whether the pressure related to a) regulative, b) normative and c) cultural-cognitive pillars explain the customer decision to purchase from the informal economy.

Objective 2

To explore whether there is an asymmetry between formal and informal institutions related to the participation in informal economy and, if so, to investigate the determinants of this asymmetry.

Objective 3

To analyse the relationship between the institutional asymmetry and the propensity to purchase goods and services from the informal economy.
